TELUS called on the LVL team assist them in the design of their Optik TV Manage My Channels app, which lets subscribers modify their channel lineup directly from their TVs, without having to call Customer Service.

The app has been a huge success since the very first week it was launched online. Optik TV subscribers have taken advantage of its flexibility to order a large number of channels.

LVL was responsible for overall service design, user experience and interface design.
