Project Manager
LVL is looking for a project manager to handle a diverse portfolio of work that spans the television, gaming and health sectors, including multiplatform application development, transmedia and social media content / campaigns, and user experience design.

The project manager’s role is to coordinate and steer all aspects of project planning and execution; evaluating feasibility, writing and editing client proposals, and managing production resources for each of their projects.
The project manager acts as a liaison between management, creative, art and production teams internally, and clients and suppliers externally. They must proactively resolve problems and present updated recommendations, all in the service of ensuring the delivery of high-quality products synced to the client’s expectations, within scope, on time and on budget.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Project management: Client briefings, project and team planning, defining and managing budgets and deadlines, producing progress reports and status updates, team management, and maintaining quality standards
- Client relations: Understanding and analyzing the client’s needs and expectations and advising appropriately; managing change requests; maintaining contact throughout the project; organizing and contributing to meetings; producing time, budget and progress reports; and ensuring clear, efficient communications between the various involved parties.

Reporting directly to the Director of User Experience, the designer will work in tandem with other UX designers and information architects, developers and project managers, to produce applications and services for television, mobile devices and responsive ‘hybrid’ websites.
Using their creative, research and analytical skills, the UX designer should be able to identify the potential inherent to given platforms or media, in order help develop new approaches and original solutions. The designer will collaborate on content structure to produce page and site maps; plan interaction flows and navigation models; and ensure that designs are representative of core concepts.
